Zombie AI Video Face Consistency: Fix Wrong Faces.
Zombie makeup should change the appearance without making the character unrecognizable. Start with the symptom in your finished video. A role mix-up, a moment of motion blur and a persistent identity change need different next steps.
Read the guidePause at four identity checkpoints
Compare each original portrait with the first clear face, the last clear zombie view, the first healthy memory view and the final close view. Use similar camera angles where possible. Note one visible difference, such as a new jaw shape or a different hairline, instead of judging every dark frame as a different person.
The wrong person became the zombie
Check the upload labels: the left slot is the transformed character; the right slot is the survivor. If your references were reversed, correct the inputs before a new attempt. Do not swap settings just because another tool uses a different photo order. The site's server maps the survivor to model reference 1 and the transformed subject to reference 2.
The face drifts or both people look alike
Use one face per photo, visible eyes, even light and enough head-and-shoulder detail. Replace a group crop, strong beauty filter or heavily angled reference with a clearer photo of the same person. Keep the relationship and scene unchanged for a useful comparison. This can improve the reference but cannot guarantee a matching face.
The memory still looks infected, or contact looks wrong
A changed face throughout the warm scene is different from a brief blur during movement. Review a few frames on both sides of the cut and the full sequence at normal speed. A short flawed moment may be trimmed; an identity change across the scene usually needs a new source take. More pixels and a color filter do not rebuild the correct person.
Decide whether another attempt is worth it
The site has no local face-repair slider or per-frame editing tool. A new generation is a new paid request; an unattractive result is not the same as a confirmed technical failure. Record what you changed and compare the downloaded files, not only a streaming preview. Contact support with the task reference for a delivery or processing issue.
Common questions
Does a clearer reference guarantee identity?
No. Lighting, makeup, pose and motion can still change likeness. A clear reference gives you a better input and a fairer way to review the output.
Can I repair one face in the existing video here?
No. This site generates a new prepared clip; it does not provide in-place face replacement or frame editing.
Will a retry be free?
A new request uses the displayed credits. Confirmed technical failures follow the failure-credit process; dissatisfaction with likeness alone does not establish a technical failure.
