Zombie AI Privacy Policy

This page describes local previews, EvoLink video generation, task recovery and configured account/payment processing.

Local photo previews

Selecting a file creates a local preview in your browser. Selecting a photo alone does not upload it. The app releases the relevant object URL when you remove or replace a photo, change between person and pet modes, or leave the page. The survivor reference is retained when you change modes.

Before leaving for Google sign-in from the video generator, the app temporarily saves your two photos and settings in this browser to restore them on return. The draft expires after one hour and is deleted after restoration or when you change the selected photos or settings. Expired drafts are cleaned up when draft storage is next accessed.

If generation is unavailable, the studio does not submit photos. The app does not save these previews to a server database or public gallery. Your browser manages its own files, caching, and restoration behavior.

Generation requests

On generation, the server validates the images and removes EXIF metadata. The video tool sends two references and story settings to EvoLink Kling O3; the zombie photo editor sends one reference and effect settings to Nano Banana 2. Original photos are not written to our database or public gallery.

EvoLink documents 72-hour expiry for uploaded temporary files and 24-hour expiry for result video links. Download completed videos promptly. Anyone holding a temporary file URL can access that file; do not share reference URLs. Other provider processing is described at https://evolink.ai/privacy. We do not train models on your photos.

Accounts, sessions, and website analytics

The production site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and site usage. The Google tag may set analytics cookies. We do not send uploaded photos, API keys or task access tokens as analytics events. Analytics is disabled in development. Google describes its data processing at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The production site also uses Microsoft Clarity for click and scroll analysis and session replay to improve the page experience. Its tag may use cookies and is disabled in development. Microsoft describes its data processing at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

Task IDs, story settings, status and result URLs are stored to resume progress and reconcile credits: in a private project directory for local preview, or PostgreSQL for public access. The browser stores the task ID and access token for recovery.

If you use account features, the configured authentication service and database process login information and sessions. The site may use necessary session, language, and theme preferences. Hosting infrastructure may also record requests, IP addresses, and error logs.

If payments are enabled, the payment provider and accounting records process information according to the actual setup. The current homepage does not collect payments, and this policy does not present an unconfigured service as active.

Support email

When you send a support email, the mailbox provider processes the address, message, and any attachments you provide. Include only information needed to handle your request. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for that mailbox.

Your photos and requests

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. You can remove local previews or use the contact page to ask about processing, access, or deletion. Any external provider’s processing must be checked against its actual policy.

Policy changes

This page should be updated when photo workflows, generation providers, accounts, or payment processing change. Contact Zombie AI with questions about this policy.
